في حوار صحفي اجرته بعض الصحف مع المدير العام لتأمين الصحي د. طلال الفاضل مهدي، أكد وأمن سيادته علي أن ليس هناك اتجاه لزيادة أسعار أدوية التأمين ولا في الاشتراكات لان المواطن يدفع (25%) من قيمة الدواء وهي كمبلغ يزيد حسب الزيادة في قيمة الدواء ولكن تظل قيمة ال (25%) ثابتة ولا نريد أن يتحمل المواطن أعباء اضافية
